Wastegate Porting

Well, with the engine out, i got the chance to do a bunch of smaller projects i've been meaning to do, such as cleaning, wiring & grounding, and wastegate porting. This was all done with a dremel, using the orange grinding wheels. I still need to weld a larger washer to the actuator arm, thats gonna happen when im back at school with access to a welder.

Once its back together, I'll post up about the (hopefully) lack of boost creep.

Seems kind of small to me. It looks like it's only slightly bigger then the stock flapper valve. You can go much larger.

Yep, too small... Plus it needs a lot more back-cutting.
