I am going to test driving a car tomorrw. the seller said the car has T3/T4 (T4 wheel w/ T3 housings) turbo, he's asking for $2250. which part i should pay attention to? The seller said "It now blows out a lot of white smoke when you release the gas and at idle" and "inner water seals are blown". also most the smoke equipments are removed. any idea of how much to fix the car? how much to rebuild the engine?
