Walbro 255 Fuel Pump Questions

I need a fuel pump to get my 88 fc turbo 2 running and I don't have one. I was wondering if the walbro fuel pump is a direct replacement for a stock one cause from the pictures on the walbro fuel pump and the stock one they look completely different. Is there some kind of modification to make it work?

drop in with a clamp holding it to the original pump holder. then rubber hose up to the top and connectors to the wiring. the sock shouldnt be an issue but will not use the stock FC pump sock

With a stock car and a Walbro 255lph fuel pump... You should use an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.

PM me if you want a used TII fuel pump.

While you're at it... Look into rewiring your fuel pump.

Be sure to READ thoroughly.

walbro is extremely easy to install. probably 20 min to install. Ive been running one for 2 years with no problems what so ever (fuel related anyway) with no adjustable regulator
