you can fit 265/40/18's in the rear w/o modification, I have seen it before....

the 245's wouldn't really fit. I took my 235's (9" rim) and tried em up front. With the stock suspension, the tire was rubbing against the lower spring perch. Now with coil-overs, it would work...but probably not in a 245.

Also, that seems like quite a lot of tire for an N/A. That will add weight and drag.

Might be able to fit 245s up front with the perfect offset. More than likely I'd stick with a 225 or 235 on an 8" rim up front. You will need a 35mm offset up front though. Any rim/suspension questions should be directed to "ARD T2" on this forum.

the word racing and 18" wheels should not go together in the same sentence when discussing FC's unless the sentence reads:

never use 18" wheels for racing!

too much radial inertia causing slower acceleration and deceleration than 15" wheels, and also more unsprung weight to decrease the performance of your suspension.

I am only posting this info for you because I would want someone to do the same if I were in your shoes. 18" wheels will cause a decrease in car performance so it is funny to call them "racing" wheels even if that is their name.
