vipers blog..star date rx-789.. engine build.. pics

ok everyone... here is the start to my engine teardown/build-up.... my due date is october 1st (sevenstock is the 28th..so it has to have time to break-in).. i will constanly be updateing w/ pics and progress all the way through the build... as most already know, this will be a very nice motor when completed... so enjoy...

first installment..... the teardown! at this point i have the motor out, and am getting ready to do the prep work for the engine bay to be repainted to match the rest of the car.... theres a few pics of me in there (im the one w/ the tattooes) and one of me acting like a hillbilly.... enjoy! and if you have any questions, feel free to ask!

Is that the hillbilly pic? Or is that a "I love Lance Bass" pic?

Clean/nice FC. Wish I had the opportunity to do that.

lol... yeah, thats the hillbilly pic...... we had a long day, so i had a little fun since the car looked like a 4x4... i figured a hillbilly posing w/ it was perfect

the wheels are

sport max 962's
18x7.5 w/ 225/40zr18
18x9.5 w/ 255/35zr18

the engine is just being painted.. no powdercoating unfortunatly i dont have the funds right now to do that... i need this thing done by sevenstock, and i still have a few thousand dollars in parts to buy.... so ive had to sacrifice a few things (powdercoating, and polishing) but as soon as sevenstock is done, im pulling all parts back off to get polished... the powdercoating will happen on my next block
