VIN Decoding - looking for a turbo

It seems that on http://sfbay.craigslist.org/ sellers don't seem to specify if their FC's are turbos or not. Can someone tell me how to read the VIN # to check if the car is a turbo or not? I'm almost sure that the VIN would specifiy turbo or not. (This would make it a lot easier to shop, just email the seller to tell if it is a turbo and to include the VIN #)

I'd appreciate any info you have, thanks!

The first part of the VIN would be JM1FC332 for a turbo, JM1FC331 for a non turbo.
