I have racing beats vert springs with kyb agx adjustables and they are very nice. A little stiff for a daily driver i would say but great for performance.

And the adjustable struts didn't help any? I've got the RB vert springs with non-adjustable blue tokicos, and they feel great except on really bump or damaged roads.

I'm comparing this against stock softness vs the stiff coilover setup on the TII.

BTW - make sure that allignment is spot on with these springs. Otherwise it will feel a bit weird at higher speeds on the freeway.

yeah the kyb agx I have adjust from 1-4 in the front and 8way in the rear. I can ajust them in 2 seconds but I would love to have the controller in the car. I love the feel of the car now. I raced a BMW Z3 going into a corner at 90+ mph and I saw him let off the gas going into it where I didn't at all. Actually I was fooling around with some forum members a few weeks ago and passed all 4 cars in the straight up to 110mph then up ahead their was a 35mph turn that came up quick and if I had the stock suspension with 120k miles I would have totally wrecked.

I have the Racing beat springs with sway bars with Non Adjustable Tokicos-great on all but the worst roads where they can be a little stiff-car sits great with them and my 17" wheels and tires. Handling is sweet!

yeah if you have the vert you can save yourself alot of money by using your stock vert sways. They are the same size and weight of the racing beat and a little bigger than the stock t2. I would buy the adjustable end links. I have not installed my energy suspension kit yet but I have a feeling that replacing that should have been done first.

i remember that. =). and then i remember you mentioning you were still on your break-in period ... and then we proceeded to figure out your coil diagnostic plug was arc'ing and blowing your fuel pump fuse.

fun night.

In its 2-rotor days, the RXX-7 had the Tokico kit offered by Rotary Performance (in Texas). The kit includes 4 Tokico Illuminas and some Tokico progressive springs. It lowered the car about 3". The progressive springs provide a very nice ride on the street and superb handling on the track. (At Summit Point, I was able to out-corner stock 3rd gens.)

Once I added the 3-rotor and the Mariah nose, the car was too low. I replaced the Tokico springs with Ground Control adjustables, so that I could raise the car a bit. The handling on the track is great, but it's a little rough when driving around town.
