vert header

I've heard headers for na coupes won't fit convertibles. Can anyone verify this and if so, is there headers available for convertibles?

i also have heard that headers may not fit - and that it depends on the manufacturer as to whether or not there would be clearance for them. The reason is because of the extra cross brace underneath that convertibles have to add rigidity that all other 7s don't have.

yeah, there are issues with motor mounts and cross braces using non-vert spec parts.

Most manufactures have not tested their headers on 'verts and won't be able to tell you... you'll need to test fit yourself and see.

racing beat does make a down pipe for 'verts only though.

you should email racing beat and ask them if it fits your year car and everything.
