Driveshaft? Help!
OK, when I rev the car into the 3300 rpm range, I get a shake that gets progressively worse as the rpm's move up.
The shake is directly in front of the shifter (at least that's how it seems). The shake makes a (don't laugh) grrrr sound. The shake also seems to move slowly lessen as it moves to the rear of the car. It doesn't matter if it's in gear or not.
It can be felt in the seats and in the shifter when you hit the magical rpm range.
What should I look for when I lift the car tomorrow and check it out?
Thanks,
Fikshun

Yes, it does it when it's in neutral.
That's why I am thinking it's not the drive shaft. Because it wouldn't be spinning in neutral, right?
Maybe the flywheel needs balanced?
