vacuum sensor leak i think?

ok well i have a bouncy idle and thought it was a vacuum leak as it sounds like it but being new to the rx7 world i asked here and was directed to the bac or the tps. i checked my tps today and its reading just find and i tried unplugging the bac to see if it made a change the idle as i was told to and it did nothing so i was told that was ok. so as of this morning when i was checking the tps after i started it up i started searching for what sounds like a vacuum leak. so ive narrowed the sound down to were the vacuum sensors sit. i spraid starter fluid there and it didnt make a dif. so im wundering could it be one of the sensors and how could i tell. also i dont know if this may help in narrowing it down when i turn on the ac with the fan turned on it raises the idle and just sputters every so often but you can then constantly hear the hiss. i also have no belt hooked up to the ac pump. so how can i narrow this down besides replacing all those sensors and vacuum lines? my car isnt throwing codes either.?????sorry about the super long thread but im getting frustrated with this idle problem. i will update this thread with a video and hopefully you can hear the hiss from it at idle and hopefully someone can help thanks in advance.
