vacuum in lower intake?
I'm removing my 6 ports and want to verify that there is a vacuum, or at least 0 pressure in the intake at all times. The reason is that blockoff plate will be difficult to attach, and probably wont be able to handle any pressure, as is. SO, vacuum at all times?

Hard to attach? Just bolt the cover plates to the holes for the actuators. It is very easy, and works great. Just make sure you use gasket maker on the cover plate so it seals good. Vacuum leaks suck. If youre idle sucks after you do this, go back and look for vacuum leaks.

I would, but my screws that hold that assmebly together are completly frozen... they are being ground off, or drilled out, so no threaded holes to tap into. Basically, the far side of the cover plate will be held on w/ pressure from the bolts that are left over from the actuator mounts and gasket stuff, so I just want to make sure there will never be pressure in that part of the intake, because if there was, it would blow off my cover Thanks!
