Vacuum line sizing.

Are the size of the vacuum lines relatively important? Mazdatrix says you need to run 3.5mm sized lines, but would the pressure differ so much if I used 4mm lines? Basically, is it going to be a problem?

yes the sizeing of a vaccum line is i.d. if you get 4mm they wont even be tight on the hard lines/nipples
