Vacuum line help

hi i just added a boost controller to the vacuum line going to the boost/ pressure sensor

that makes two T intersections off the same line, which is causing problems.

1. boost guage (aftermarket) reading wrong, definately on idle and possibly on boost. Stock std boost is now 5psi? with the boost controller in.

2. boost controller (profec-A) won't work properly, won't learn for awhile. When it has learnt. do one of two things:

a. reach set boost and operate normally
b. (happens most of the time) reaches 10psi (no matter what boost it's set on) and then dies off to 5psi

Can someone explain why this happens?
and should i find another vacuum line?
where d i start looking?
i'm adding a BOV soon, should T'ing off the same line be ok?

Do you have the vaccum hoses from the boost
controller switched? It doesn't matter if the that
vaccum line has two T's in it.
