Vacuum hoses

I've read in the UIM thread that if you want to do the banjo bolt mod, you have to take off the UIM and once that is off you should just replace all the vacuum hoses and fuel lines. I have couple of questions, 1. Do you replace those vacuum hoses with the silicone vacuum hoses? 2. If fuel lines and vacuum hoses essentially the same just different sizes? and 3. Where should you get the vacuum hoses and fuels lines and what kind should you get? thx for your time.

1) Yes, sillicone lines will be fine
2) NO! Fuel hose is reinforced and is designed to withstand high pressures, regular hose would tear or explode under these pressures (get some 80psi or so hose and you'll be set)
3) Check your local stores
