Vacuum diagram question

I've got the UIM off to change the secondary injectors and figured I'd take care of the rats nest as well. I have 2 questions, on the front of the UIM where the 3 vacuum lines come in, in the picture there is a partial line and I can't tell where it goes. It's the top of the 3. Second question; what about the lines that connect to the TMIC?

From the diagram provided it shows it going to the check valve in the lower right hand side.

Q1 look at the red aarow. This vac line is for the twin scroll actuator. It is needed.

Q2 Put the TMIC back on like normal. You are talking about the lines right above the UIM on the ic right?

Exactly. I left the BAC on and didn't do the TB mod so I still have lines going to the TM from the TB.

Great, I got it done. Thanks.

I didn't. But, I'm waiting for my block off plates to come in before I put the UIM back on. Once their in, I'll bolt the UIM back up. Other than the plates, I'm done under there.

One thing I wanted to do was test the injectors for leaks. I've been looking for the plug that I'm supposed to jumper so that it will only charge the fuel, but I'm having a hard time finding. Help?

If they have never been touched since the factory I would recommend you send them to a shop and have them prof cleaned.

Another thing to check is the fuel pulsation dampner. They are prone to leak on the 87-88 model. Unfortunately an s5 version is $$$$$

They are brand new bosch 750s. Bought them from KGparts. The injectors should be fine, I just wanted to make sure that there were no leaks.

I read that the Pulsation Dampener can cause problems. I did check it. Everything seems to be in great condition.

the plug is a yellow, two prong, female connecter located by the pass. shock tower, it may be buried but its there. Mine had a black rubber boot on it.

It must really be buried because I looked for it there for a good 5 minutes. I'll look again. Is there anything that it's close to other than the pass. shock tower that I can look for?

See the purple circle? It's there or close by.
