vaccum solenoids
My TII runs great most of the time, but it has a hessitation when coasting at any rpm.
I checked all of the emission contols and found that the switching solenoid absolutly is not working correctly.
Is this my problem??
Also could someone tell me if my vaccum solenoids are plugged in correctly. From left to right--green--gray--orange-- blue.
I'm pretty sure they are right, but I can't find it anywhere.

Your solenoids are plugged in correctly.
Go to www.fc3s.org or www.iluvmyrx7.com and download the Factory Service Manual in PDF format for free. The FSM has extensive info on testing and diagnosis of the emissions equipment.
