VAC line question--Gurus please

Where the hell is this line supposed to feed to? i searched, looked at every damn manual i could get my hands on and i still couldn't find a darn thing. let me know.
Also--S5 engine, WAS a manual.

I May be wrong, but I believe it goes to the fuel pressure regulator? at the end of the secondary fuel rail. I'm new to rotaries but I have an S5.
