Anyone out there ported an upper and lower intake on an NA. Any help on how to do this and the hp gained would help me thanks.

 

Im about to port with a dremel. I think with a good intake and exaust u can squeez 15-20hp from this if u go egresive. Look at mazdaspeed7 mod list. He has pics of his ported throtle body and said it gave him as much a gain as the exaust did.

 

There's a great thread entitled "My thoughts and pictures on porting the N/A intake" or something like that.
Do a search on it. Lots of good info/pics!
I did it a while ago- definatly do it if you have a few mods already (otherwise it's pointless, like using a helicopter to lift a tuna fish on rye snadwich (with Miracle whip!)- pointless.
