Upgrade plans, which way to go?

I have a few options to how I can spend the $600 I have for my car.
Its a Turbo II, stock turbo with ported wastegate and gutted exhaust. Most emissions are gone.

Now heres my two options.
My friend recommends I only do the following.
Rtek 1.5
Walbro fuel pump
Used ecu/used turbo (necssary)

Now My friend who has been in rotaries for 20 years recommends:
Rtek 1.7
Greddy 720's
Walbro
Ecu/Turbo.

Its $200 more for the second option. I am only running stock boost with a gutted cat back. What way do you guys suggest?

1) Walbro + rewire
2) 720cc secondaries
3) send your 550cc primaries to get cleaned and balanced
4) RTEK 1.7
5) Downpipe

That should get you setup for a safe, quick car and run you just under $600.

Primaries have been cleaned, and have a RB 2.5 down pipe in the garage .

But the second choice seems good?
