update to idle problem-still need help

Ok, I've been trying to figure out where I have a intake leak. I took the lower manifold off and replaced the gasket. I thought that would fix the problem, but it didn't. I sealed the dynamic chamber with a new gasket also. I notice that when I spray starting fluid under the dynamic chamber, the idle rises, telling me I have a vacuum leak correct? I have checked all hoses, set the TPS and I still hear a hissing noise while inside the car. Also, if I spray starting fluid into the tube the air filter connects the idle rises also. I am at a loss to where I could have another leak. My car idle is jumping and runs like crap until it is warmed up then it runs better, but I also feel some hesitation while driving. I have 1,000 miles on a rebuild and I did a compression check and all is well. Any ideas? Like I said, I have check all hoses and all intake gaskets. Am I missing something here? Thanks

Ok the jumping and hesitation is the TPS for sure. The high idle is a vac leak. You should replace ALL of your hoses with new ones. and ALL gaskets with new ones.

A vac leak can cause that just as much as the TPS can...

Well, I have the 2 light adjuster for the TPS, so I know it's set right. What about the starter fluid? That right there tells me vacuum leak right?
