unusual NA boggin out(searched already know about the 3800 issue)

88NA(109k on engine,tranny chassis)

no this problem is unusual..(at least to me) the while cold runs very good...it doesnt bogg/hesitate BUT once it warms up randomly ends up boggin out under load..and after driving it for a whiles...it would even start to fidget at idle...

(some back story)
at one point in the game...this car had the stock radiator(well the owner started to notice one of the entank cracks and it started to let out steam....well this entank issue got worse.....(by the way a rotary propack sat right infront of the steam crack) it finally gave in...well this guy purchased a koyo and replaced it...he also noticed it bogged harder with the propack...so

at this point...
the rotary propac is removed
removed the coils and got new ones BUT left the ignitors...
also TPS checked out with voltmeter 1idle 4ish(or above) WOT...
this car has a new koyo radiator
the ground from tranny to firewall is connected
i thought of a possible vac leak?(im going to change out all his vac lines since they are original anyways)
also hes only got 1 out of 2 bolts holding down his downpipe to the manifold(hes rocking an apex N1 ) nasty exhuast leak?
i thought it was the coldstart system BUT it doesnt seem to kick on....
AFM? hes got an aftermarket filter on the end i was wondering if that could be stuck or sumthing
it couldnt be the 5th and 6th ports though because its at any moment taht it boggs ONCE ITS WARM....

could this be electrical?(im assuming its sumthing mechanical BUT only when its warm its wierd i was really thing cold start of some sorts (we would like to eliminate this system for him could i get an NA writeup for it or is it the same as the T2?)

please someone help! thanx!

If you gas mileage is below normal also - check the temp sensors on the back of the water pump housing, and on the UIM.
