Question Under hood dress up

Getting ready to assemble a motor for my kids 91'NA. Want to dress up under the hood. The car is white and will be repainted after the engine is done. Cannot decide on housing iron colors. Can get powder coating done cheap (its nice to have favors owed). Should I go black on the irons and leave the housings stock? Also, I am going to replace all of the vacuum lines. Should I go with a color set?

I have purchased ss lines for the oil cooler. I want to make this nice without getting to far away from stock.

Any thoughts?

If it helps, I painted my end housings( the irons) yellow to match my car. I then used a wire wheel and rotating wire brush to shine up the housings, looks pretty good, well until you put all of the wires and manifolds back on.
