Unhappy UIM Gasket

ok the gasket that goes inbetween the upper an lower intake manifolds is stuck on the lower intake manifold. I am wondering if anybody knows any tricks to getting it off. i got a little off by scraping it with a knife but at this pace it will probaly take about two days to get it off!?. does anybody know of a faster way????

i always use a freshy sharpened putty knife/scraper... never fails me! try spraying some wd-40 on it and let it sit for a few minutes... then scrape away... should take 10 minutes at most... but just make sure if its still on the motor, to cover the ports so no gasket material gets into the block
