Uhh...almost shi* my pants tonight. (Clutch pedal)
I'm driving back from class (at night) and 'enjoying' the drive. All of a sudden, the clutch is gone. The pedal is stuck to the floor. After I hit the hazards and pull-over, I fiddle with the clutch pedal and manage to get it back up. It returns quickly and the pedal feel is the exact same as before. Upon inspection with a flashlight, I can find nothing the pedal could hang-up on, no loose wiring or mechanical points to catch. Has this happened before?
Related, could it be one of the cylinders? When my brother and I tried bleeding the clutch (twice) the pedal needed to be pulled back-up, would not return like the brake. Also, the screw continued to spit air and fluid, even after several ounces of fluid was pushed through the lines. Again, clutch works just fine (gears don't catch if you shift smoothly), except this latest incident and that the pedal feels softer than I'd like.
