you will be lucky to get $1000 for it unless you come across some idiot kid who doesn't know what he is looking at.
the car needs HOURS of work. the illegal emissions need to be redone so the car can be registered and smogged legally. as noted the fan shroud is missing, BIG NO NO! the interior looks like ***. i could go on but $4500? ROFL! lets get real now.

At best no more than $1500 (and personally I wouldn't pay more than $1000)... its a parts car. I see nothing done right on the swap, it is an early 86 and the body and interior reflect that.
$4500 is insane.
