IL twin oil coolers

ok guys i have a question. Back when i was station in Korea i bought 2 25 row earl oil coolers that i was going to use for an eventual 20b swap. Now my current oil cooler's banjo fitting is leaking. So would the twin oil coolers have a negative effect on my stock 13b if i install them? Also, ill be moving to Arizona soon in order to study at asu.

as long as there is a thermostat in the system, two oil coolers are fine

why create work when it is so simple to fix?(unless you want to install the system and are asking if is ok to do.,.,which it is)
The banjo fitting requires 2 copper crush washers, one on each side of the hose fitting so that they seal up right.

You're going to be very shocked when you look up how much it's going to cost in AN fittings to hook up those oil coolers....

also, you'll need a thermostat. they probably don't have one integrated like the stock oil cooler does.

Get a Mocal or Improved Racing 180 degree thermostat and you'll be in business.

No perceived negative impact. I am currently running dual FD oil coolers. Installation will be tedious if you are NOT willing to cut metal/frame/etc

One thing with your setup tho, OEM size is -10 AN, don't know how things will be if you were to step to a smaller hose.

I'd fix the leak, save the work time and hassle, sell the parts, and spend it on hookers and blow. Then again, I have enough things on my to do list.

But seriously, you shouldn't need the extra cooler in Arizona in a stock car.

that's what thermostats are for. The stock oil-cooler has one built in, but most aftermarket oil coolers don't:

Or this one since the Improved Racing thermostat is out of stock.

I have this one with -10 ports on my car.
