TurboII is not getting spark?

Heres what my T2 is doing..

Today I drove home as normal. It was really wet, so I hit some deep, unavoidable puddles. The car seemed fine, and it idled fine for ~1 minute letting the turbo cool down in my garage.

I go to start the car around an hour later and nothing. It makes the exact sound as unplugging the 2 EGI fuses. Like it wants to start, but it is not getting spark or gasoline, not sure.

Any ideas? I was thinking I could of possiably gotten water on one of the electronics )like ECU), but there were no signs of a problem untill I restarted an hour later.

When I crank, it makes the exact same noise as pulling the 2 EGI fuses and cranking. Nothing weird, just the starter going and a slight whump whump whump. I noticed the tach does not even move at all. Usually it will bump a little bit before the car fully starts. I'm willing to try anything

I checked boosts thread.

Today it did the same thing, nothing

Boost's thread did not help me much. Im starting to doubt this had anything with hitting a puddle etc, and now I have a more serious problem

Is it getng spark at the end of the leads??

I had a similar problem went to start car wouldnt go, checked for spark nothing. after a few das of testng everything coils, main relay etc everything checked out right according to the manaul. I checked all the wires going into the ecu. One thing i noticed was that the wire vref which goes to the air flow meter and boost sensor had a voltage of .34 volts instead of 4.5v . got another ecu and car fired up first go.
