the car: 86 base model
motor: jdm s4 w/ NA wire harness, all emisions removed (except OMP), banjo bolt, replaced all fuel o rings, new walbro pump, had the injectors flow tested-passed, and a new fuel filter(the car had been sitting in my garage for about a year and a half.

ok so the problem i am having is the car starts everytime and idles (decent) at around 1200, but if i touch the gas it will either cut out and die or rev then die.
I have redone all the rvt on the block off plates. I
My thought was timing but if i turn the idle down under 1100ish it wont idle at all.

Any ideas would be awesome

I would say double check TPS, but I am not sure if it can be checked when it's cold.
