Turbo Swap

I know this has proberly been covered a million times but i cant find a straight answer anywere.....
I have a 88 rx7 turboII and i over heated the engine(i know watch my temp gauge better...) any way i cant afford to have it rebuild right now but i plan on having it done at some point but for now i found a non turbo motor (that runs for $190) can i just use the block and bolt all my stuff on the outside like my exaust manifold and turbo and just not wind the boost up verry much? would that work? i dont see any reason why not besides the non turbo engine isnt as strong......
Thank you chris

Quoted directly from the FAQ:

Can I swap a Turbo engine/Jspec engine/13BT/etc into my Non Turbo?
Yes, check these links:
https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showth...threadid=26647
http://www.rotaryresurrection.com/ro...conversion.htm

What Turbo kits can I add onto my non turbo RX-7?
There are no longer kits formally made at the time of this post, however there are companies from time to time that do make available non turbo to Turbo Kits. Because most of these companies stop building the kits, or go out of business in short time, it is impossible to keep active links for them.

Most people that turbo a non turbo make their own kits:
Using the stock TII turbo, exhaust manifold with spacer, NA intakes and NA ECU:
