Turbo rebuild rip off. oil burning

Hey guys, I got my s5 t2 turbo rebuilt and made into a hybrid at the same time. to4e intake side and clipped exhaust fins. I ported the wastegate myself.

I took it to a shop to get rebuilt and balanced. It was smoking a little bit, so I took it back. They put a new exhaust oil seal in, and it was fine for about 40 miles. After 40 miles, it smoked A LOT. People thought my car was going to blow up. So I send it back again!!! The rebuilder claims my bearing housing section is no good and I need a new bearing housing. So I give him 2 other used bearing housings I have. Now he tells me to come pick up my turbo and its done. All he did was put everythign on my old bearing housings. SO basically I paid money for a balanced turbo on old seals!

I really dont want to say the name of the place right now. I really want to wait untill thise whole thing is resolved, but I was told from a few friends about the problems.
