I'm going to have to rebuild my turbo since it's starting to leak oil from one of the seals and I have a couple of choices on which kit to get. From my research, it has been said that T3/TO4 kits could be used to rebuild our s4 Hiatachi turbos. So should I go with a kit on ebay or turbo city? Both links are below, thanks!
