Turbo rebuild

Does anyone know where I could get a turbo rebuilt? I'm gonna call a couple shops around here, but what kind of shop should I be calling? Exhaust shops? I have no idea...

It needs new turbines (or, I think that's what they are; the fan things) and possibly other stuff, I dunno. Looks like it sucked up something and bent them. It's a Garrett (T3/T4 I believe).

Thanks for your time.

P.S. Would it be better to just get a new turbo? I'm not looking to crank it up a whole bunch, maybe 10-12psi

Tim's wanted $350 to rebuild and balance my Hitachi 18S and I know GPopshop rebuilds turbos but I don't know the price. Jim at GPopshop is super helpful.

The rebuild cost will be the base price + the cost of the replacement turbine shaft and/or compressor wheel. Your typical rebuild will just require replacing bearings and seals.

If you're up for rebuilding it yourself, it can be done for much less. https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generati...hybrid-959045/

Don't you need special tools for the rebuild? To balance it and stuff?

A few basic tools are needed. Snap-ring pliers and/or some small picks are very helpful.

If any rotating assembly parts are replaced, it has to be rebalanced. $65 from gpopshop. Others may charge more/less.
