I was just wondering: is it possible to put an stock s5 turbo on an n/a s4 motor? And if so what needs to be done?

Yes.

simplest way:
requires TII intake manifolds, ECU, AFM, Boost Sensor, injectors, etc. The TII LIM will need to be modified slightly to fit the n/a keg. This is not a complete list, just something to give you an idea of what it takes!

what you want to do:
A goddamn search. This has been covered over 9000 times and is in the FAQ.

Most people find it better in the long run simply to do a full TII swap, as the ports and compression ratio on the TII keg are better suited for boost.
