It's a mighty lofty goal you have put forth for yourself. You may also wanna look at how you would control all that power and get it down to the road without burning your tires off. You'll also need to upgrade the brakes, suspension, cooling, electrical (to handle all the additional accessories you're going to be running), wider wheels/tires, am I forgetting anything?
I'd also concentrate on improving the torque more than the HP, but that's just me.
Then there the easy way if you have an FC you could drop an LS1 in it but that'll run you close to $10K to do.

Cheap, fast, or reliable - you can only have 2.

he also mentioned over time...a 13bt can do 400....how long will it last....lmao i dunno but it can do it! the amnt of hours of dyno time and tweaking....400 is alot i used to want 400 when i was 13....by15 years old i leared....NO NO NO ...im personally going for the 350 mark..on my higher tune and 285-300 conservative map....so i mean maybe u should look at number in that range...a street car of 400hp calibre is going to be expensive to upkeep and hard to drive on the streets.....it would end up being a burden.....no matter what good luck!
