turbo oil supply restrictor

So I know it's been covered a few times already but I just can't find the info. Apparently you'll experience rapid turbine seal failure if you neglect to restrict the oil pressure going to the turbo.... So what do I use? I don't see any restrictor in the stock feed line, and I keep on having smoking issues due to oil blowing past brand new seals.

Any info?

I had smoking issues without a restrictor. After installing a restrictor pill in the hard line, no smoking issues.

Well, that does make some sense, but if you look at how the oil flows through it, the "built-in" restrictor would only restrict oil to the thrust bearing and the front (compressor) oil seal. Seems like the bearings and rear oil seal would get full pressure. Nothing wrong with giving full oil pressure to the bearings, but the seal?

And how did I miss that thread??
