What do you want to use it for? What's your power goal? Budget?

Will you be working on your own car, or having a shop do all the work? How big are your pockets?

Then a near-stock TII swap would be perfect for you. Daily driving a bridge port would not be a great idea. Some people do it, but I imagine it would get old very quickly.

cheaper to do a t2 swap for the price/performance

Of course, thats with out the T2 drive line.
You dont really need a T2 drivetrain but if you are going to do more then 250-300hp, the n/a will suffice around that area but will break down somewhere down the line.

Bridgeport n/a....ha, its easier and more comforting to walk to where you are going then to drive it there lol

Will have a rough idle, will require a standalone, and will have **** poor low end power. Just soooo much easier to go T2, and you'll almost certainly make more power.

Edit: not completely certain on the standalone part, but some sort of fuel control is necessary.

Oh, and in order to take advantage of the porting, you'll need a good exhaust, but also with that porting any exhaust you do will be so loud you can't hear yourself think.
