Definitely use that link to check for boost leaks. That is the first thing I would do.

I do have a autozone plastic intake kit on there. If i remember right this noise started after I put it on. I think I am going to put the stock box back on and see what happens.

But today as I drove I watched the boost gauge would start to peak at about 9.9psi then start to drop untill I shifted. If it is a boost leak I am pretty sure I know where it is.

I had some FC guys ride with me this weekend and he said that the whistle is a normal noise, and to not worry about it.
