Cool Turbo on an n/a motor?

Im getting a rebuilt n/a motor and wanted to turbo it and thought it would be ok if i only ran about 8psi

Would you just be happy with one of those 50 dollar "make any car turbo" blow off valves that they sell on ebay. Every time you shift it lets out a cool "PSSSSSSSSSSSSS"
It will impress all your friends and save you $$$thousands
