Easiest way to tell is if it has the alternator wiring on the harness or not.

TII car's had it on the engine harness
N/A cars it's part of the body harness

Honestly, the 'easiest' way to tell turbo from na harness's is the fact that the T2's had a second shielded wire that was for the knock sensor, the NA's only had 1 shielded wire and that was for the O2 sensor (the t2's had this wire also.)

Pics would also help greatly.

Also the turbo harness wiring for the TPS is much longer than N/A. I believe turbo harness wraps around the back of the engine. N/A runs in front and under the alternator.
