Turbo on an N/A

Anyone out there turboed a normaly aspriated 13B. I know about detonation but I dont want to run monsterous amounts of boost. I guess 12psi seems reasonable if the rotors are milled to 3mill.
Do you think with the higher compression rotors I could expect better low rpm power. I guess a supercharger seems more pratical then turboing a N/A. Im already planing on supering my 83 so I want something diffrent.

Yup, I am running an 88 conv with a turbo kit. It originated from Cartech but over the years I have rebuilt or remanufactured alot of the major components as it is no longer in production. It works well but wouldn't spend the money on a whole kit as it is much cheaper building one yourself if you have access to welders and are somewhat talented.
