couple of questions. its my first turbo engine

one i am doing a t2 swap into a na chassis

i am rebuilding the t2 motor my self. it has good compression but has been sitting for some time. what are the main components to replace on it. i am already getting apex seals and coolant seals. but what have u rebuilders found fail after that. any info on stuff i should look out for would help.

i also have a na engine with only 20k on the motor. looking to through the t2 stuff on it while rebuilding the t2 motor with lower compression. idk what are your ideas. i has a 332n ecu.

what are some good sites for parts and info that might have helped u out. also i paid 400 for the motor. what u think and 100 for tranny.

any info would be helpful..
