Well if you're talking strictly a modified stock turbo, there are shops all over the North America that not only rebuild any turbo, they will modify it to a customers specifications. Who knows what the previous owners did. There's plenty of people who have gone out and had custome hybrids made.

There are also a number of Japanese companies that modified stock turbos with decent production runs. Some still do, but many are discontinued. Some companies are: FEED, Knightsports, RMagic, and Panspeed. I'm sure there's more but I don't remember them all. Your best bet is to post pics and the specs and people can at least estimate the power or what bnr stage it would likely be close to.

Is it a stock turbo modified? Or is it an aftermarket turbo modified? What are the specs? I am so confused.

stock hotside + different cold side. I've made a few hybrids, I just changed out the whole chra. More boost without it tossing to much hot air
