turbo inlet duct material question
will there be a problem running pvc like plastic inlet ducting to the to turbo?
to be more precise as to what i want to do, theres a cold air mock up kit made of plastic tubing at autozone. theres 2 in holes drilling in the tubing, but i plan on covering all the piping with duct tape. not the gray stuff, the metal stuff thats for ducts.
i may coat the inside and outside with a high heat withstanding paint also...
does anyone see a potential problem with this? im just brain-storming...

I've seen it done before! Sounds like a great idea and cheap to. Mine is made of aluminum with those rubber seal things(I forget the name). Just make sure it is air tight or you will have idle issue's
