one thing I don't remember if I mentioned is that when the PIN 3B is disconnected there is no hot start problems IF I use the Fuel pump cut switch to turn off the engine but if I just turn off the key from the ignition its a bit harder to get the engine running again, also when the 3B is disconnected and the engine is cold I have to crank the engine for at least 4-5 times with a duration of 5 seconds on each cranking to get the extra fuel needed when the engine is cold and I do not use the fuel pump switch when starting the engine if the 3B is disconnected because the injectors are not injecting any fuel so there is no use for the fuel pump switch, but either way cold or hot the engine only idles without stalling at 1000rpms or up if I let idle speeds at Factory levels the engine just idles for a few minutes then if I let it stall its very hard for the engine to get started again because of the flooding even with the 3B disconected and the Fuel pump disable switch been use.

yes the hose has vacuum when the car is idling but I noticed something strange today when I was checking the timing with the timing light gun at cable for L1 plug the timing light didn't work, at first I thought it was the timing light tool but when I put the timing light at L2 cable it worked fine so I connected the timing light on another car and it work fine on all of the cables and now this is leading me to look for some ignition problem the RX-7 may have.

On the wire that read intermittently.............install the timing light clamp on that wire in the opposite direction you did the wire that reads right. That might very well assure you that no problem exists.

Or simply pull both sparkplug wires out of their bores in the coil assy and rest them just inside the bore. Start the engine. Then pull one wire at a time out of the bore about 1/8" and observe the large steady spark. Do the other wire the same........proving or disproving the timing light is the problem (clamp direction on the wire).

you were right there is no problem with the ignition system, today I adjusted the TPS in hopes for the car to keep an stable idle but it is the same it just can't hold its idle if its below or at 750rpms, it only holds its idle if it is at 1100-1200rpms. and some kind of smoke and terrible gas smell comes from the exhaust pipes this is what keeps me thinking that this car is flooding even if it is idling and not just when starting(hot or cold) my guess is that this car is flooding at idle speeds and that is why it is hard to get it started when the engine is off and not because it floods everytime the engine is started....tomorrow I will work on installing a new aftermarket Fuel pressure regulator to keep fuel pressures at factory levels and see where does this takes me..........

You still haven't told us what codes you found when you checked for them.
