hi guys im looking to buy a turbo II i know the 2nd gen was mad from 86-92 was the year 91 the last year the turbo II was made??? any advice of which model it's the nicest of all turbo II please let me know for which model i should be looking for thank you

 

well bro, the TII was made from 86-92 and the last year the 2nd gen was made was 1991 but they keep selling the left ones in 1992. and if you're looking for a turbo 2 i would have to say that the best is the s5 that is 89-91 models. the 86-88 TII had 180hp and the 89-91 TII have 200hp. the s4 that is the 86-88 models have also different bumpers than the s5 89-91. in my opinion the s5 looks better but its up to you. and there are a few models theres the gtu,gtu's,gxl,vert,se,TII. i would definetely go with a turbo 2 but if you want an n/a ill go whit the gxl i t has power windows,power locks, auto adjusting suspencion and all that fancy stuff.

TIIs were made from 87-91, there aren't any models of the TII, they're just TIIs. there are the 2 different series, 4 and 5, they both deffinitly have their problems. it's pretty much your own personal chioce.

read the FAQ and other threads that are stickied at the top of the 2nd gen section, they'll help you out.

 

lol i know there aren't any models of the tII, the TII was a model, and there was the rx7 gxl, gtu,gtu's etc. but for me id rather pick up an rx7 TII 89-91 than an s4 TII but thats a decicion hell have to make.

S4's are better built, mazda cut corners with the S5.
S5's look better than S4 and have lots of body add on options.
I bought a S4 then S5 body parts. works well.
