Turbo Hood on NA
see me.... i widdled my hood out of a single block of pine wood, then i double sided taped 30 hood scoops to it, then i spray painted it black...yeah...my hood is the ****. plus i gained about 200rwhp.
go with the t2 hood...if its what you like.

would you really. Because I have an alluminum hood that I am tryign to get rid of....sord of off white color. Me personally, I like the way the tii hood looks. however, if your going turbo later...why not just use the tii hood until your swap is complete. but...thats just me.
It won't affect engine temps if thats what you mean. It might drop engine bay temps a bit but doubtfully enough to do anything.

Engine temperature is regulated by the thermostat, and should stay at normal levels unless there is something wrong with the system.
I am assuming water gets in as well?

There is something way wrong with your cooling system. The vent doesn't even feed the radiator so it couldn't possibly lower temps of the coolant system.
