Ive searched and searched for the answers to my question but i cantr find the info im looking for... I was wondering if i can buy a turbo kit for my non-turbo 86 rx7.its a gsx i think only 2 seater... 104,000 miles on it. This car is getting a fixup as we speak. custom black cherry paint, then after engine work i may throw a gpsorts kit on it. BUt i want the engine maxed out first. so what can i get and if u know where to get any kind of turbo kit, and headlight kits and whatever else will help me i will Greatly appreciate it!!! please help me out.. after all there arent as much appreciated rx7/ rotary owners out there as there are american made car owners help!!! thanks alot

 

turbo kits are for upgrading turbo FC's. not for turbing N/As

 

well i need to make my non-turbo a turbo... how do i go about doing that.. im asking for help here bro. i want to get new headlights cuz the relay on my right headlight burnt out and i cant find one.. so only one headlight goes up and i just keep them up all the time

 

You say that you searched but did you use the Search on this site?

There are plenty of threads on converting an N/A into a TII but the general consensus is, it is cheaper and less time consuming to simply sell the N/A and buy the TII than it is to turn an N/A turbo.

There are a hundred thousand posts on modifying the stock headlight set-ups. Rotaryextreme.com, sells a couple of the kits. There are non-pop-up / sleek headlight kits, or simply 4 bulb conversions that retain the original pop-up design. Look for names on the web such as, Re Amemiya, C-West, East Bear, those are just a few.
