Bogging out after driving a while....

Hey gang,

I have an s5 vert and it just started doing this today. After driving it for about 45 minutes. I stopped at a stop light and when I went to take off the car did not want to take off real quick, the motor just sorta bogged and would only very slowly rev, I was able to continue to drive it, it just was bogging out and cutting out a little and not reving right. I pulled over and popped the hood just to see what I could see and nothing......Also it did not throw the check engine light. I did turn it off and start it back up and it ran fine after that for a while again and would rev fine and take off fine, but then again it started doing it.....when It does it I just turn the car off and start it back up and its fine for a while, any ideas?

Reguards,
Brandon

have you grounded your code plug next to you battery in the engine bay? right next to you battery there should be a small green plug with a single wire going to it, Ground this plug to the battery and see if you pulling any codes. Your CEL should blink according to the code its representing. CEL right up heres a writeup on how to do it. -alex
