I have yet to go over 1/4 temp on my setup with a stock clutch fan

highway or traffic

all i have is a fluidyne rad., new oem thermo, pump, and 50/50 coolant.

The problem was fixed because you replaced a failing fan with a functional fan, not because you replaced a mechanical fan with an electric fan.

nope....it was a fan from a 20,000 mile 1991 rx7....kept the temps 100% fine on the car it came off ... we just swapped it out to try

it wasnt the fan, it was something else. whatever it was was remedied by the efan
