turbo exhaust on an N/A?

i know this seems like a dumb question but will a turbo exhaust fit on an n/a car?
my drivers side muffler just fell off last week and i figured instead of fixing it i might as well get a new system. but all the cheap systems on ebay(yes i know cheap ebay parts ftl, but its all i can afford) say for turbo. that means its 3" piping which will be loud as hell on an n/a car. im fine with that but want to know if its going to bolt up to the stock cat.
example of exhaust im looking at:

It will bolt up, turbo or na, it doesn't matter. You might lose some power due to the larger piping, but i was never really sure if this was the case for just a catback. Maybe someone else can jump in and answer that part.
